Deep Structural Theory: A Unified Axiom System of R/C/D and Structural Archetypes (S1–S8)_Ver.2

Abstract The world appears overwhelmingly complex, yet its generative dynamics may arise from a small set of universal structural principles.Deep Structural Theory (DST) originally described all natural, biological, social, and psychological phenomena through the interaction of three variables:Reality Structure (R), Conceptual Structure (C), and Dynamic Pattern (D).In this revised version, DST is extended by introducing the structural gap Δ, which represents the mismatch among R, C, and D.Δ functions as a generative driver that governs variation, instability, and transitions among the finite structural archetypes (S1–S8). While R/C/D describe the static composition of phenomena, Δ explains how structures emerge, transform, and evolve across scales—from individual cognition to social systems, technological development, and civilizational change. With this extension, DST becomes not only a descriptive framework for structural patterns but also a generative theory that accounts for the origins and dynamics of complex phenomena. This paper presents the foundations of this expanded theory and illustrates how Δ enables a unified explanation of both structural stability and structural change.
