Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
The pion form-factor puzzle as source law plus access covariance Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 This framework asks whether the HVP disagreement is a source problem or an access problem. QTT first freezes the source object, then lets each laboratory row carry its own covariance, binning, and camera map. The source-to-laboratory bridge is \[ R_{2\pi}^{\mathrm{src,QTT}}(s) =\frac{\beta_\pi^3(s)}4\,\left|F_\pi^{\mathrm{src,QTT}}(s)\right|_J^2, \qquad F_\pi^{\mathrm{src,QTT}}=P_{\mathrm{Art}}\,\Omega_\rho^J\Omega_\omega^J\Omega_{4\pi}^J\Omega_{\rho'}^J\cdots . \] The access-covariance row is then \[ \boldsymbol\mu_d^{\mathrm{QTT}}(\theta_d) =\mathsf P_d\!\left[\mathsf C_d(\theta_d)\mathsf A_d^{\mathrm{QTT}}\mathbf R_{\mathrm{src}}^{\mathrm{QTT}}\right]+\mathbf b_d(\theta_d), \qquad \boldsymbol\Delta_d=\mathbf y_d-\boldsymbol\mu_d^{\mathrm{QTT}}. \] The BaBar full-covariance packet recovered in the latest execution uses the published per-mille source table as covariance input, not as a retuning knob: \[ (\Sigma_{\mathrm{syst}})_{ij} =\sum_{k=1}^{10}\left(\frac{u_{k,a(i)}}{1000}\sigma_i\right) \left(\frac{u_{k,a(j)}}{1000}\sigma_j\right). \] Core labels: Σ-HVP-SOURCE-ACCESS-FRAMEWORK, Σ-BABAR-COVARIANCE-PACKET-RECOVERED, Σ-GLOBAL-FPI-PAYLOAD.
