Research on corporate culture as an endogenous driving force for talent development – a case study of Huawei's three cultural transformations

Human resource management is the key to achieving strategic success for enterprises, and cultural management is the highest level of human resource management. However, there is insufficient systematic research on how corporate culture inspires talent growth. Therefore, based on the three cultural transformations of world-class leading enterprise Huawei, this study explores the endogenous power of corporate culture to stimulate talent growth. It is found that corporate culture, as a belief, generates a passionate power to promote talent growth; corporate culture, as a stance, generates rational power that promotes talent growth; corporate culture, as an assumption, generates a tractional power that promotes talent growth; corporate culture, as a consensus, generates a cohesive power that promotes talent growth; corporate culture, as a habit, generates executive power that promotes talent growth; corporate culture, as a contract, generates a committed power that promotes talent growth. Managers should focus on building corporate culture, stimulating talent growth, and promoting sustainable development of the enterprise.
