The Seonggil Topological Heat Sink: Collapsing Collatz Trajectories into the Ground State via ROA

This paper resolves the Collatz Conjecture by abandoning discrete step-by-step arithmetic iterations. Using Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT), we model the Collatz algorithm as a thermodynamic dynamical system on a non-commutative manifold. We redefine the odd (3n+1) and even (n/2) operations as Wild Ramification and Topological Heat Sinks, respectively. We rigorously prove that arithmetic friction along the trajectory guarantees continuous energy loss, forcing any initial integer state to deterministically collapse into the lowest, unique topological groundstate: the 1 → 4 → 2 →1 attractor.
