Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 38.0 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 Version 38.0 continues the HVP source-access framework by executing the timelike row-packet population gate. It keeps the first-time-reader front door, the V31.01 intrinsic source-covariance constructor, the V32/V32.5 global pion source payload and source-polynomial audit, the V34/V35 NA7 spacelike row execution, the V36 BaBar central-row locator, the V37 five-row timelike central scorecard, and the V37.5 covariance-execution manifest. The V38 rule is deliberately strict: a scalar corridor, display pull, or PDG-style scale factor is not a full covariance object. The source may be compared to a laboratory row only after the row has been typed as an access object with its binning, units, maps, statistical covariance, systematic covariance, normalization, luminosity, radiative, line-shape, background, and nuisance directions declared. The packet gate executed in this release is \[ Q_{\rm packet}^{38}=0. \] Therefore V38 prints the no-fake-p-value firewall: \[ Q_{\rm packet}^{38}=0 \quad\Longrightarrow\quad \chi_{\rm time}^{2,{\rm QTT}}=p_{\rm time}^{\rm QTT}={\rm BLOCKED}. \] The row packet used by the green successor is \[ \mathcal P_d^{38} = (\mathcal I_d,\mathbf y_d,\mathbf s_d,\mathsf U_d, \mathsf A_d^{{\rm lab}\leftarrow0}, \mathfrak C_d,\Theta_d,J_{\theta,d},V_{\theta,d},\mathcal H_d), \] with gate \[ Q_{{\rm packet},d}^{38} = Q_{{\rm id},d}Q_{{\rm central},d}Q_{{\rm bins},d}Q_{{\rm units},d} Q_{{\rm map},d}Q_{{\rm cov},d}Q_{{\rm nuisance},d}Q_{{\rm hash},d}. \] For the present BESIII, KLOE, SND, BaBar, and CMD-3-like row family, identity, central vectors, bin/unit conventions, and access maps are present; full typed covariance and nuisance packets are not. V38 therefore closes the execution harness without pretending the final row-family p-value exists. The eigenmode/cluster layer the green successor must run is \[ r=Y-\mu^{\rm QTT}(\widehat\Theta), \qquad \Sigma_{\rm time}^{\rm AC}=LL^\top, \qquad w=L^{-1}r, \qquad c_k=e_k^\top w, \] \[ \chi_{\rm time}^{2,{\rm QTT}}=\sum_k c_k^2. \] The source firewall remains \[ \frac{\partial F_\pi^{{\rm src},32}} {\partial\{\mathbf y_d,\Sigma_d,\Theta_d,J_{\theta,d},V_{\theta,d},\chi_{\rm time}^2,p_{\rm time},c_k\}} =0. \] Closed V38 labels: SIGMA-HVP-V38-TIMELIKE-ROW-PACKET-POPULATION-LEDGER-CLOSED SIGMA-HVP-V38-FULL-COVARIANCE-EXECUTION-HARNESS-CLOSED SIGMA-HVP-V38-PACKET-GATE-EXECUTED SIGMA-HVP-V38-EIGENMODE-CLUSTER-ADJUDICATION-LAYER-PRINTED SIGMA-HVP-V38-NO-FAKE-P-VALUE-FIREWALL-CLOSED Yellow V38 boundaries: SIGMA-HVP-TIMELIKE-COVARIANCE-PACKETS-ABSENT SIGMA-HVP-FULL-TIMELIKE-COVARIANCE-P-VALUE-PENDING SIGMA-HVP-CMD3-BESIII-KLOE-BABAR-SND-ADJUDICATION-PENDING SIGMA-HVP-FINAL-ROW-FAMILY-VERDICT-PENDING Scientifically, V38 is not a victory lap. It is a discipline layer. It prevents the HVP framework from turning central-value agreement, scalar dashboards, or reduced diagnostics into a full covariance verdict. The next green version must supply the typed covariance and nuisance packets and then run the statistic already printed here.
