HAL Program Paper 31: Geometric Origin of the CKM Matrix in HAL - Delta_Cn = Rq^2 - Rl^2
Geometric derivation of the coherence field difference Delta_Cn = 0.570071 between the leptonic and quark sectors of HAL, arising from the curvature radii of the two H4 modal varieties: Delta_Cn = Rq^2 - Rl^2 = 1.577343 - 1.007271 = 0.570071, agreeing with the WP-04 declared value of 0.570 to 0.0125%. Establishes C_nq = Rq^2 as the missing VEV elevation step in H4_q. Consolidates the Motti particle m = 7*me = 3.5770 MeV as the n=7 boundary mode of the H4 lattice. Predicts the Motti-quark particle m = 7*mc = 8890 +/- 50 MeV (falsifiable at LHCb and Belle II). Reduces free inputs in L_total by one. Remaining open: g_3 (Seeley-DeWitt / Z_3, CU-1 bis) and g_2 (SU(2)).
