Motti Intermediate Physics — HAL: Compact Object Astrophysics — Penrose Process, Core-Collapse Supernovae, Neutron Star Modes, and NS-BH Systems
HAL predictions for compact object astrophysics: (1) Penrose energy enhanced by +alpha_em relative to M_ADM. (2) CCSNe GW amplitude h^HAL = C0 h^GR (+0.73%), compatible with SN1987A. (3) NS f-modes: f^HAL = sqrt(C0) f^GR (+0.36%), detectable with ET. (4) NS-BH tidal frequency: f^HAL = f^GR/C0 (-0.73%). Two internal tests: BH QNM / NS f-mode ratio = 2; NS-BH tidal correction opposite sign to QNM.
