Motti Intermediate Physics - HAL: Observational Consistency - Binary Pulsars, Gravitational Wave Amplitude, and Cosmological Parameters
Systematic consistency check of HAL against all observational data. Binary pulsars: dPb/dt^HAL = dPb/dt^GR exactly (ADM protection). GW amplitude: h^HAL = C0 h^GR (+0.73%), below LIGO O3 threshold, at LIGO O5 threshold with 200 events and 0.5 percent calibration. Cosmology: H^HAL = H^GR (BBN, CMB, BAO identical). Omega_Lambda = 0.695 (Euclid 2028). sigma_8 partially alleviated. Hubble tension unresolved. Programme ready for experimental verdict.
