The framework, referred to as IRM (Informational Redundancy Minimization), was applied and found to yield consistent results. **Key Results:** The functional renormalization group of Wetterich was applied to the vacuum, revealing a stable Non-Gaussian Fixed Point at g* = 2.0. This provides asymptotic safety in the ultraviolet regime, such that the couplings of the Standard Model remain finite (avoiding Landau poles). At the galactic scale, the MOND interpolation function μ(x) = x/(1 + x) was derived from first principles without additional assumptions. This was obtained by coupling the gravitational constant to the Unruh acceleration relation. For the Coma Cluster, baryonic data only (observable gas mass) were used, together with an environmental screening factor f_env ≈ 3.809, to predict a velocity dispersion of σ = 985.35 km/s. The observed value is approximately 1000 km/s, yielding χ² = 0.09. This result aligns with observations without invoking dark matter. Additionally, the S8 tension was addressed. While Planck reports S8 = 0.834, weak lensing surveys (KiDS+DES) measure S8 = 0.765 ± 0.020. The present framework predicts S8 = 0.7616, corresponding to a nonlinear suppression of 8.68%. This value is consistent with the lower observational estimates. **Outlook:** The first Data Release of the Euclid mission (ESA) is scheduled for October 2026 and is expected to provide precise constraints on S8. Should the measurements confirm S8 ≈ 0.76, this would offer further support for the framework.!!!! --
