Digital Fabrica Theory: A Formal Framework for Infinite-Scale, Ethically Governed, Quantum-Secure Digital Infrastructure

Digital Fabrica Theory is a formal whitepaper and evidence-oriented framework for infinite-scale, ethically governed, quantum-secure digital infrastructure. The document consolidates the mathematical, architectural, legal-operational, economic, governance, licensing, compliance, implementation, and evidence layers of the Digital Fabrica Theory into a single master structure. The whitepaper presents DFT as a theory-to-architecture stack: mathematical stabilization at the foundation, fractal and spectral network architecture in the substrate, deterministic function execution in the runtime, and scroll-based governance in the institutional layer. Its central stabilization criterion is expressed through the master formula: P(S) = T(R(S)) ∩ H_ω1(S) where S is a digital process, R(S) is its regularized process value, T is a transform into ordinal-compatible structure, and H_ω1(S) is the well-founded hierarchy that constrains infinite descent and recursive instability. The document develops five major parts: foundations and system architecture; security, governance, semantic law, and validator authority; economics, licensing, intellectual property, and compliance; roadmap, audit, use cases, people, future research, and conclusion; and formal appendices, evidence artifacts, and master assembly. It includes the Infinite Stabilisation Formula, the Pasev Infinite Digital Structure Theorem, the DFT Master Stabilization Theorem, runtime gates G1–G10, ScrollChain and quantum-anchor logic, validator governance, ScrollCourt, zeta-indexed economic design, patent-portfolio mapping, compliance alignment, risk register, evidence ledger, and master publication roadmap. This version is presented as a working draft and formal infrastructure programme under active verification. Mathematical, cryptographic, legal, economic, patent, valuation, and regulatory claims are status-labelled and require appropriate external review, formal verification, implementation evidence, legal counsel review, cryptographic audit, economic simulation, and institutional validation before being treated as final or externally certified.
