R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) XLI‑S: Neutrino Observational Synthesis and the ry Sector

This volume constructs a unified observational synthesis of the neutrino sector in R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT), integrating constraints from SN 1987A, solar-corona heating, IceCube high-energy neutrinos, and high-redshift compact galaxies such as the Shadow Blaster system. As stated in the manuscript, “The pure-AUP ry neutrino introduced in Vol. XLII-C plays a central role in connecting these regimes.” We derive the ry mass matrix from tension-field bilinears, compute ry-enhanced electroweak Hall processes, and obtain tension-induced phase shifts relevant for IceCube-Gen2. The combined observational constraints define a consistent and falsifiable parameter space for the ry sector, establishing neutrinos as a primary observational gateway to the layered tension-field geometry of RLMT. This volume synthesizes theoretical structures developed in Vols. XXXVIII, XLII‑C, XLI‑F, and LIX, including AUP/MUP hierarchy, ry-induced mixing, tension-field couplings, and information geometry. Applications include non-adiabatic ry excitation in SN 1987A, enhanced neutrino-photon conversion in the solar corona, Rv-layer corrections to PeV–EeV propagation, and ry production in high-redshift starburst cores. The resulting framework yields multiple falsifiable predictions for IceCube‑Gen2 and solar observations.
