Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 37.5 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01, concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17527179 This release keeps the Version 37.0 timelike central row-card scorecard and the Version 37.01 covariance-schema gate, and adds the Version 37.5 Timelike Covariance-Execution Manifest and Cross-Sector Firewall. The upgrade does not add a new experimental central value. It turns the next HVP target into a finite data contract: no row-family verdict exists until each timelike row packet is typed, hashed, and covariance-complete. The v37.5 no-shortcut rule is \[ \boxed{ \text{No HVP row-family verdict exists until the row packet is typed, hashed, and covariance-complete.} } \] \[ \boxed{ \text{A central value plus an error bar is not a covariance object.} } \] \[ \boxed{ \text{A useful theorem from another sector is not an HVP constructor unless it enters through }R_{\rm HVP}^{0}. } \] The two attached non-HVP notes were vetted before the upgrade. The small-\(x\) Artian diffusion note and the charged-lepton source-word uniqueness note are valuable for the wider corpus, but neither is an HVP row object. Version 37.5 therefore salvages their methodological discipline and rejects direct sector import: \[ \boxed{ {\partial R_{\rm HVP}^{0}\over \partial\{\lambda_A^{\rm small\text{-}x},W_e,W_\mu,W_\tau\}}=0. } \] The transferable lesson is finite grammar first, manifest second, observation last. For a timelike row \(d\), v37.5 defines the executable row packet \[ \boxed{ \mathcal P_d^{37.5} = (\mathcal I_d,\mathbf y_d,\mathbf s_d,\mathsf U_d, \mathsf A_d^{{\rm lab}\leftarrow0},\mathfrak C_d,\Theta_d, J_{\theta,d},V_{\theta,d},\mathcal H_d). } \] The entries are row identity, published central vector, bin/scan coordinates, unit conversion chain, laboratory access map, covariance packet, nuisance domain, nuisance Jacobian, nuisance covariance, and source/data/map/covariance hashes. The manifest pass gate is \[ \boxed{ Q_{\rm packet,d}^{37.5} = Q_{\rm id,d}Q_{\rm central,d}Q_{\rm bins,d}Q_{\rm units,d} Q_{\rm map,d}Q_{\rm cov,d}Q_{\rm nuisance,d}Q_{\rm hash,d}. } \] The timelike family can be executed only when \[ \boxed{ Q_{\rm packet}^{37.5} = \prod_{d\in\{\rm BESIII,KLOE,SND,BaBar,CMD3\}} Q_{\rm packet,d}^{37.5} =1. } \] The current state remains \[ \boxed{ Q_{\rm packet}^{37.5}=0. } \] That zero is not a weakness of the source. It is the honest statement that the public row family has not yet been turned into a single typed covariance object. Once \(Q_{\rm packet}^{37.5}=1\), the next full timelike theorem must run the block-row statistic \[ \boxed{ \mathbf Y= \begin{pmatrix} \mathbf y_{\rm BESIII}\\ \mathbf y_{\rm KLOE}\\ \mathbf y_{\rm SND}\\ \mathbf y_{\rm BaBar}\\ \mathbf y_{\rm CMD3} \end{pmatrix}, \qquad \boldsymbol\mu^{\rm QTT}(\Theta)= \begin{pmatrix} \boldsymbol\mu_{\rm BESIII}^{\rm QTT}(\theta_{\rm BESIII})\\ \boldsymbol\mu_{\rm KLOE}^{\rm QTT}(\theta_{\rm KLOE})\\ \boldsymbol\mu_{\rm SND}^{\rm QTT}(\theta_{\rm SND})\\ \boldsymbol\mu_{\rm BaBar}^{\rm QTT}(\theta_{\rm BaBar})\\ \boldsymbol\mu_{\rm CMD3}^{\rm QTT}(\theta_{\rm CMD3}) \end{pmatrix}. } \] The admissible covariance is \[ \boxed{ \Sigma_{\rm time}^{\rm AC} = \operatorname{blockdiag} (\Sigma_{\rm BESIII}^{\rm AC},\Sigma_{\rm KLOE}^{\rm AC}, \Sigma_{\rm SND}^{\rm AC},\Sigma_{\rm BaBar}^{\rm AC}, \Sigma_{\rm CMD3}^{\rm AC}) +\Sigma_{\rm shared}^{\rm declared}. } \] The shared block may contain only declared common systematics: \[ \boxed{ {\partial\Sigma_{\rm shared}^{\rm declared}\over \partial\{\chi_{\rm desired}^{2},p_{\rm desired},a_\mu^{\rm desired}\}}=0. } \] The final statistic v38 must run is \[ \boxed{ \chi_{\rm time}^{2,{\rm QTT}} = \min_{\Theta\in\prod_d\Theta_d} \left[\mathbf Y-\boldsymbol\mu^{\rm QTT}(\Theta)\right]^{\top} (\Sigma_{\rm time}^{\rm AC})^{-1} \left[\mathbf Y-\boldsymbol\mu^{\rm QTT}(\Theta)\right]. } \] and \[ \boxed{ p_{\rm time}^{\rm QTT} = 1-F_{\chi_\nu^2}\!\left(\chi_{\rm time}^{2,{\rm QTT}}\right), \qquad \nu=N_{\rm bins}^{\rm total}-N_{\rm nuisance}^{\rm profiled}. } \] The compact v37.5 master equation is \[ \boxed{ \mathfrak M_{\rm time}^{37.5}: \left(R_{\rm src}^{\rm QTT},\{\mathcal P_d^{37.5}\}_{d=1}^{5}\right) \longmapsto \left(Q_{\rm packet}^{37.5},\chi_{\rm time}^{2,{\rm QTT}},p_{\rm time}^{\rm QTT}\right). } \] \[ \boxed{ Q_{\rm packet}^{37.5}=0 \quad\Longrightarrow\quad p_{\rm time}^{\rm QTT}\ \text{is not yet a legal printed verdict.} } \] Main status labels: GREEN: Σ-HVP-CROSS-SECTOR-NO-IMPORT-FIREWALL-CLOSED GREEN: Σ-HVP-TIMELIKE-ROW-PACKET-MANIFEST-CLOSED GREEN: Σ-HVP-COVARIANCE-EXECUTION-EQUATION-PRINTED GREEN: Σ-HVP-V37.5-OBSERVATION-LAST-DISCIPLINE-CLOSED YELLOW: Σ-HVP-TIMELIKE-ROW-PACKETS-POPULATION-PENDING YELLOW: Σ-HVP-FULL-TIMELIKE-COVARIANCE-P-VALUE-PENDING YELLOW: Σ-HVP-CMD3-BESIII-KLOE-BABAR-SND-ADJUDICATION-PENDING Plainly: the source remains fixed. The rows are finite laboratory access objects. The covariance is part of the access object because it tells how the row may move. A row-family verdict is impossible until all rows can move in their declared ways. Included files: Main PDF paper, Version 37.5. Upload this first so Zenodo uses it as the preview.
