Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework

Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 31.05Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.orgMain book concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17527179 This paper collects the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization into a single source-access reference framework. Version 31.05 preserves the V31.01 Full HVP Source-Covariance Constructor Theorem and adds a scorecard/boundary audit. The purpose of this update is not to turn the final HVP row green by prose. The purpose is to keep three different covariance objects separated: \[ \Sigma_{\rm src}^{31.01} \ne \Sigma_{\rm mode\ Gram} \ne \Sigma_{\rm future\ model\ class}. \] The first object is the intrinsic finite-branch source covariance closed by V31.01 for the frozen source class. The second is a deterministic source-mode projector useful for future multi-row shape tests. The third is the covariance of source classes not yet printed, especially a degree-one \(P_{\rm Art}\) zero or distinct lower-bit support packets. The V31.01 finite source-share kernel remains \[ K_{ab}^{\rm QTT}[\mathbf n] = {1\over N}\left(p_a\delta_{ab}-p_a p_b\right), \qquad p_a={n_a\over N}. \] For the frozen source class, the executable source basis is \[ \mathfrak B_{\rm src}^{31.01} = (\rho/2\pi,\ \omega,\ 4\pi,\ {\rm tail},\ \rho',\ P_{\rm Art}=1). \] The deterministic singleton rails contribute exact zero intrinsic covariance, while the V26 tail and complete V30.03 rho-prime packet carry the nonzero branch covariance. The grid-level source covariance is \[ \Sigma_{\rm src,R}^{31.01} = \Sigma_{{\rm tail},R}^{31.01} + \Sigma_{\rho',R}^{31.01}, \qquad \Sigma_{\rm src,R}^{31.01}\succeq0. \] On the frozen 161-point source grid \[ 0.600\le\sqrt{s}\le0.880\ {\rm GeV}, \] the verifier returns \[ {\rm rank}_{10^{-14}}\Sigma_{\rm src,R}^{31.01}=3, \qquad \sigma_{\rm src,int}^{31.01} =0.433166387533\times10^{-10}. \] The scoped source scalar remains \[ a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rm frozen,31.01} =343.046601189668\times10^{-10}. \] This is an intrinsic frozen-source result, not a final laboratory-access row verdict and not a laboratory error bar. Version 31.05 adds the no-backflow scorecard law: \[ \mathcal S_{\rm score}^{31.05} : \left( R_{\rm src}^{\rm QTT}, \Sigma_{\rm src}^{31.01}, \mathcal D_{\rm lab} \right) \longmapsto \{z_k,\mathrm{status}_k\}_{k=1}^{N}, \qquad {\partial R_{\rm src}^{\rm QTT}\over\partial \mathcal S_{\rm score}^{31.05}} = {\partial \Sigma_{\rm src}^{31.01}\over\partial \mathcal S_{\rm score}^{31.05}} =0. \] The scorecard reads the source against observation. It does not construct the source. A good score does not license a row-normalization fit, and a bad score does not license a hidden source knob. A strong V32 \(P_{\rm Art}^{(1)}\) candidate is recorded in the paper but deliberately not inserted as a V31.05 source theorem. Abstract

Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 31.05Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.orgMain book concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17527179 This paper collects the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization into a single source-access reference framework.
