Rapid Progressive Liver Atrophy During Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Hepatitis: Imaging Perspectives Beyond Aminotransferase Elevation
ABSTRACT Severe immune checkpoint inhibitor–associated hepatitis may progress despite only modest aminotransferase elevations, particularly in patients with cirrhosis. Recognition of atypical presentations and integration of clinical, radiologic, and multidisciplinary assessment may improve risk stratification and guide timely management of clinically significant hepatic injury.
