Motti Intermediate Physics — HAL: The Coherential Unification — Gravity, Electromagnetism, BMS Symmetry, and the Standard Model from One Action

A single action L_total = L_coherential + L_gravity + L_gauge + L_matter unifies gravitational physics, electromagnetism (alpha_em = 1/137.036 derived from n=27), BMS asymptotic symmetry (Strominger triangle closed), cosmology (eta, Omega_Lambda, H_0), and the Standard Model (via Post I-prime and Higgs portal kappa). The topological sector cos(3 phi) carries exact Z_3 symmetry, providing a structural bridge to SU(3)_c (CU-1 bis, Step 1 proved). Twenty falsifiable predictions. Primary test: LIGO O5 epsilon = +0.7297% ~2027. Higgs mass prediction: 125.706 GeV. g_2 and g_3 remain SM inputs.
