CDN-374: The Hierarchical Overfeed Gate
CDN-374 tests whether a larger-domain feed envelope can change local two-body outcomes even when the total tensor-RMS budget is matched. Using the same dimensionless 3D trace-free tidal tensor framework, the local cadence is fixed at tau=0.65 and C0=0.65, while twelve RMS-normalized envelopes A(t) redistribute the same full-run tensor energy across time. The result shows that timing and dosage matter: capture fractions span 0.2734375 to 1.0, and prelock tensor-energy dose anticorrelates with capture at r = -0.7987698600353834. Concentrated prelock feed can overdrive the pair before local lock, while the same budget delivered late is mostly harmless. Matched RMS does not erase hierarchical feed timing.
