Motti Intermediate Physics — HAL: A Comprehensive Review — Derivations, Predictions, Observational Tests, and Open Problems
Comprehensive review of the HAL (Hyper-Anisotropic Luminal Physics) framework across 19 papers. HAL derives alpha_em = 1/137.036 from a single self-consistency condition. Results: G_eff = G_N/C0, h^HAL = C0 h^GR, delta_H/H = +alpha_em. Passes 14 observational tests (all GR-identical through ADM normalisation). Carries 20 parameter-free falsifiable predictions testable by LIGO O5, Euclid, DESI, SKA, and Einstein Telescope. Five honest limitations identified. Gap 1 (dynamical NR confirmation) open.
