Interior Coherence within the Standard Coherence Fidelity Layer: The Souljourner Architecture for Reflective-State Measurement and Operator-Deterministic Dynamics

This manuscript formalizes interior coherence as a structurally invariant, substrate-agnostic scientific construct within the Standard Coherence Fidelity Layer (SCFL) framework, integrating Technical Canons I–III of the Souljourner canon. The architecture defines interior coherence through a 10-dimensional signal basis and four deterministic operators: Reflective Alignment (A_r), Narrative Stability (N_s), Attentional Drift (D_a), and Micro-Rupture Detection (R_µ). State evolution is governed by an interior Lyapunov stability condition (V̇_int ≤ 0) and quantified via coherence half-life (τ½). A three-tier architecture (Tier 1: Foundations; Tier 2: Measurement and Dynamics; Tier 3: Domain Applications) organizes interior primitives, measurement logic, dynamic invariants, and cross-domain application pathways into a single SCFL-aligned structure. The manuscript introduces six falsifiable hypotheses (H1–H6), an eight-stage measurement pipeline from raw observations to dashboard outputs, a current maturity assessment table for all six hypotheses, and a formalized cross-scale propagation chain (Interior → Behavioral → Group → Institution; C_group = k_p · C_interior) with bounded propagation coefficients. Calibration protocols address recalibration triggers, missing data handling, and uncertainty propagation. Operational determination of the interior attractor (x_inv) is specified as an individually calibrated 30-day baseline centroid. The Lyapunov stability condition is grounded in the phase-space framework of Strogatz (1994) and the rupture detection criterion is formally analogous to the critical-transition early-warning framework of Scheffer et al. (2009). The architecture is explicitly non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-typological; all measurement is structural, not psychological. This manuscript establishes the theoretical architecture; empirical validation is deferred to a five-phase research agenda outlined in Section 12.2. Abstract
