Planck-Flow Re-locking and Proton Genesis in USP Field Theory: Energy-Density Release, Mass-Energy Locking, Neutron-Confinement Compatibility, and the CMB Residual Density

This document provides a canonical bridge between the USP black-hole reversal framework, USP cluster formation, proton stabilization, neutron-confinement compatibility, hydrogen formation, and the observable sequence usually described by Big Bang cosmology. The central idea is that reversal alone does not explain ordinary matter. A saturated state may release energy, but released energy does not automatically become stable matter. In USP Field Theory, energy density has a mass equivalent through the standard relation: E = mc² but mass-equivalent energy becomes durable matter only when stable resonance corridors are available. This paper focuses on the post-release locking sequence: Planck-scale saturation → broad energy-density release → USP cluster compatibility → proton corridor locking → neutron confinement/reopening compatibility → electron-proton compatibility → neutral hydrogen formation → photon decoupling → CMB residual resonance-density floor The document also clarifies that a local black-hole reversal is not a miniature Big Bang. A local reversal may seed primordial material or a hydrogen-rich relaxation pathway, but it does not automatically create a universe or a mature galaxy. Only a cosmological-scale saturation/release limit maps onto the full observable Big Bang sequence. The CMB is interpreted as residual resonance-density memory: not absolute nothingness, and not a monochromatic line, but a low-mismatch radiation-density floor remaining after accessible structural release channels are exhausted. Version v1.0 adds canonical definitions, Planck-frequency ceiling conventions, mass-energy density accounting, proton-locking criteria, neutron compatibility guardrails, CMB floor calculations, uncertainty propagation, predeclared falsification rules, and an S1 minimal reproducibility scaffold. This manuscript does not replace General Relativity, relativistic thermodynamics, quantum field theory, Big Bang nucleosynthesis, recombination physics, or standard CMB analysis. USP language is used as an interpretive and operational layer for energy release, corridor locking, proton genesis, hydrogen compatibility, and residual density memory. Relation to prior USP documents: This document complements msf:49001 by addressing what happens after release. msf:49001 describes reversal and primordial re-emergence; msf:52800 describes how released energy can become stable baryonic matter through re-locking. It also aligns with msf:49700 for neutron compatibility, msf:48000 for CMB resonance-floor language, msf:48121 for electron corridor compatibility, and msf:48220 for force/energy and Δf-elasticity bookkeeping.
