Observation Contact Spectra

This work introduces observation contact spectra for analytic observation operators near rank-loss loci. Smith exponents classify the local analytic degeneration, determine singular-value and Fisher-information scaling, and support finite-jet recovery, serial composition laws, divisorial arc analysis, and exact Gaussian minimax resolution.

Abstract

This work introduces observation contact spectra for analytic observation operators near rank-loss loci. Smith exponents classify the local analytic degeneration, determine singular-value and Fisher-information scaling, and support finite-jet recovery, serial composition laws, divisorial arc analysis, and exact Gaussian minimax resolution.
