Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework

Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 29.02 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org This release upgrades the Quantum Traction Theory HVP source-access framework with the V29.02 exact Kallen rho-prime support-packet audit and first-bit camera theorem. The purpose is not to insert a laboratory \(\rho'\) pole. The purpose is to define the broad source-support packet carried by the excited part of the QTT rho-family host, with no PDG pole, row normalization, fitted form-factor height, laboratory pion radius, or \(a_\mu\) row used as a constructor. The exact support block is \[ B_{ab}^{29.02}(s) = \Theta(s-s_+) \left[ {(s-s_+)(s-s_-)\over s^2} \right]^{3/2}, \qquad s_\pm=(m_a\pm m_b)^2. \] This matters because the \(\omega\pi\) door is unequal-mass. Its pseudo-threshold factor is part of the source structure and cannot be replaced by a simplified equal-mass opening. The normalized support CDF and phase are \[ C_{\rho'}^{29.02}(s) = \left( {B_{\omega\pi}(s)+2B_{K\bar K}(s)\over3} \right)^2, \qquad \delta_{\rho'}^{29.02}(s) = \pi C_{\rho'}^{29.02}(s). \] The independent verifier gives the canonical \(s\)-camera support mode and support width \[ \sqrt{s_{\rho'}^{\rm supp,QTT}} = 1.424524194075\,{\rm GeV}, \qquad \Gamma_{\rho'}^{\rm supp,QTT} = 1.007879495342\,{\rm GeV}. \] This width is a broad support width, not a particle lifetime width. Version 29.02 closes the first charge-subtracted excited-vector camera bit: \[ \Delta F_{\pi,\rho'}^{{\rm src},29.02}(s) = {16\over279} \left(\Omega_{\rho'}^J(s)-1\right), \qquad \Delta F_{\pi,\rho'}^{{\rm src},29.02}(0)=0. \] The subtraction is load-bearing: it preserves the charge anchor \(F_\pi(0)=1\). The intrinsic branch covariance of the support word is also closed: \[ \Sigma_{\rm branch}^{29.02} = {1\over81} \begin{pmatrix} 8&-4&-4\\ -4&20&-16\\ -4&-16&20 \end{pmatrix}, \qquad \lambda(\Sigma_{\rm branch}^{29.02}) = \left(0,{4\over27},{4\over9}\right). \] Closed in v29.02: Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-EXACT-KALLEN-SUPPORT-CLOSED Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-S-CAMERA-MODE-CLOSED Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-SUPPORT-FWHM-CLOSED Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-FIRST-BIT-CAMERA-CLOSED Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-INTRINSIC-BRANCH-COVARIANCE-CLOSED Still yellow after v29.02: Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-LOWER-4+2+1-BITS-CAMERA-PENDING Sigma-HVP-RHOPRIME-PHYSICAL-AMPLITUDE-COEFFICIENT-PENDING Sigma-HVP-DEGREE-ONE-PART-ZERO-LOCATION-PENDING Sigma-HVP-FULL-SOURCE-COVARIANCE-PENDING Sigma-HVP-FULL-PHYSICAL-GLOBAL-FPI-PAYLOAD-PENDING The observational diagnostic from the assistant packets is retained only as an observation-last warning: scaling the inherited window jump by \(23/279\) or by \(\sqrt{23/279}\) gives a diagnostic corridor, but this is not promoted to a physical \(a_\mu\) verdict. Choosing the branch by where it lands would violate the no-smuggling rule. The release includes the PDF, LaTeX source, an independent Python reproducer, CSV outputs, JSON gate/certificate files, the exact Kallen support plot, render-audit pages, and SHA-256 hashes.
