Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework

Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 28.01 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org This release upgrades the Quantum Traction Theory HVP source-access framework with the rho-family population-conservation and rho-prime naming-firewall theorem. Version 28.0 closed the finite nonminimal excited-vector source-word enumeration: \[ \mathcal W_{\rm exc}^{(1),\mathrm{QTT}} = {\rm Sym}^2\!\left(B_{\omega\pi}+2B_{K\bar K}\right), \qquad \delta_{\rm exc}^{\mathrm{QTT}}(\infty)=\pi. \] Version 28.01 adds the conservation layer around that result. The frozen QTT vector ledger already has total source population \[ 279+31+62+9+1+2+256+64=704. \] Therefore an excited-vector contribution cannot be appended as a free ninth vector row. It must refine an already printed source population: \[ \mathcal H_{\rm exc}^{\rm legal} \subset \bigoplus_{i=1}^{8}\mathcal H_i^{V,\mathrm{QTT}}. \] The legal isovector host is the rho-family population \[ \nu_{\rho{\rm -family}}^{\mathrm{QTT}}={279\over704}, \] and inside the declared primitive dyadic source class it decomposes as \[ 279=8\cdot32+(24-1)=256+23=256+16+4+2+1. \] This gives the population word \[ \mathcal W_{\rho,{\rm dyad}}^{28.01}=(256,16,4,2,1). \] The release is deliberately conservative. Population arithmetic is not yet a physical pion form factor. A physical rho-prime-like source payload still requires derived support, width/cut, \(J\)-orientation, camera overlap, and source covariance: \[ F_{\pi,{\rm exc}}^{{\rm src},28.01}(s)={\rm NI}, \qquad R_{2\pi,{\rm exc}}^{{\rm src},28.01}(s)={\rm NI}, \qquad a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rm exc,28.01}={\rm NI}. \] Here \({\rm NI}\) means not identified by this theorem, not zero. The rho-prime naming firewall is \[ {\partial\mathcal W_{\rho,{\rm dyad}}^{28.01}\over \partial( M_{\rho'}^{\rm PDG}, \Gamma_{\rho'}^{\rm fit}, M_{\rho''}^{\rm PDG}, \Gamma_{\rho''}^{\rm fit}, \theta_{\rm GS/BW}^{\rm fit}, N_d,\ R_d^{\rm lab}(s),\ \langle r_\pi^2\rangle_{\rm lab},\ a_{\mu,d}^{2\pi})} =0. \] A dyadic population bit may not be called a physical \(\rho'\) until its source support and camera map are derived.
