XT-E2: Moving Attractor Law — A Toy Tracking Law for Self-Organizing Systems
Abstract This document records the discovery of the XT-E2 Moving Attractor Law — a quantitative tracking law governing how fast a self-organizing system can follow a changing target. The expedition began from an observation about Phased Array on Chip (a technology receiving tens of billions in global investment), identified the structural mapping to BIT-X17, and ended with a falsifiable law confirmed across two critical stress tests. τ_lock = 0.200 · |ΔK|^1.453 (R² = 0.987) The law is super-linear. No angle breakdown exists. No frequency breakdown exists. The only true failure mode is time budget collapse: when the interval between target changes is shorter than the time required to lock onto a new target. STATUS: PASS as Toy Tracking LawSCOPE: N=100 toy model, not validated for RF or real systems
