Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 23.0Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.org This release extends the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) HVP source-access framework with the Version 23.0 Minimal-Elastic Source-Height Probe. The upgrade answers a sharp methodological question left by the previous HVP releases: normalized shape tests remove the absolute-height direction, so a separate source-height probe is needed before QTT can adjudicate the absolute \(2\pi\) contribution to \(a_\mu\). The key correction is that charge normalization alone is not enough: \[ F_\pi^{\rm QTT}(0)=1 \] anchors the source at the origin, but it does not uniquely determine the full pion form factor. A unique executable number follows only after imposing the minimal-elastic source closure: \[ P_{\rm Art}(s)=1,\qquad \hbox{one subtraction at }s=0,\qquad \hbox{no source zeros or additional poles}. \] Under this strict minimal-elastic specialization, the real-\(J\) source form is \[ F_{\pi,\rho}^{\rm min,QTT}(s) = \exp\!\left[\mathcal H_\rho(s)+J\delta_\rho(s)\right], \qquad \left|F_{\pi,\rho}^{\rm min,QTT}(s)\right|_J^2 = e^{2\mathcal H_\rho(s)}. \] The corresponding source row is \[ R_{2\pi}^{\rm min,QTT}(s) = \frac{\beta_\pi^3(s)}{4}\,e^{2\mathcal H_\rho(s)}. \] For the common HVP window \[ \mathcal W_\star:\qquad 0.600<\sqrt{s}<0.880\ {\rm GeV}, \] the all-real V23 execution gives \[ \mathcal I_{2\pi,\star}^{\rm min,QTT} = 0.017096179614736737, \] and \[ a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rm min,QTT}(\mathcal W_\star) = 307.474235549352\times10^{-10}. \] Including only the already printed elastic \(\omega\) crease gives the diagnostic value \[ a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rho+\omega,QTT} = 309.064330598711\times10^{-10}. \] Both values lie below the listed public scalar row landscape in this window. The nearest listed central value, KLOE combined, is higher by \[ 53.125764451\times10^{-10}, \] while CMD-3 is higher by \[ 71.825764451\times10^{-10}. \] The required kernel-weighted amplitude lift from the strict minimal source is roughly \(8.3\%\) for the low KLOE/BESIII side and \(11.1\%\) for CMD-3. This is not promoted into a full physical QTT exclusion. The V23 status is deliberately: \[ Q_{\rm min\ elastic}^{23}=1,\qquad Q_{\rho+\omega\ elastic}^{23}=1,\qquad Q_{\rm full\ physical}^{23}=0,\qquad Q_{\rm verdict}^{23}=0. \] The minimal-elastic source-height probe is therefore amber below all listed scalar rows, while the full physical \(2\pi\) normalization verdict remains yellow until the global \(F_\pi^{\rm src,QTT}(s)\) payload, source covariance, observable \(\rho-\omega\) camera map, \(4\pi\)-to-\(\pi\pi\) amplitude completion, and row-packet covariance verdict are closed. The no-smuggling firewall remains \[ \frac{\partial a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rm min,QTT}} {\partial\left(N_d,a_{\mu,d}^{\pi\pi},R_d^{\rm lab},\Sigma_d\right)} = 0. \] Plainly: the source is printed first. Experiments read it; they do not write it.
