Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 26.01 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Version DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20831392 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Corpus category: Particle physics, HVP, color confinement, collider tests, flavor, and chirality This release continues the Quantum Traction Theory treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization as a source-access framework. Version 26.01 keeps the v26 tail-winding legal-class theorem and adds a minimal continuous-tail execution for the first two omitted light-vector faces. The current strict \(\rho+4\pi\) source sheet is short of one completed turn by \[ \Delta_\infty=\arctan\!\left(\frac{3}{4\pi}\right), \] and a finite outer Artian polynomial \(P_{\rm Art}(s)\) cannot repair a fractional phase deficit. Therefore the legal source-polynomial verdict remains \[ \deg P_{\rm Art}^{26.01}=0,\qquad P_{\rm Art}^{26.01}(s)=1. \] The new executed minimal tail class is \[ \mathfrak A_{\rm tail}^{26.01}=\{\omega\pi,\;K\bar K\}, \qquad A_{\omega\pi}:A_{K\bar K}=1:2. \] With P-wave threshold blocks \[ B_{ab}(s)= \Theta(s-s_{ab})\left(1-\frac{s_{ab}}{s}\right)^{3/2}, \] the v26.01 source-tail profile is \[ \delta_{\rm tail}^{26.01}(s) = \frac{\Delta_\infty}{3} \left[ B_{\omega\pi}(s)+2B_{K\bar K}(s) \right]. \] This gives the endpoint closure \[ \delta_\rho(\infty)+\delta_{4\pi}(\infty)+\delta_{\rm tail}^{26.01}(\infty)=\pi, \qquad \nu_\infty=1. \] The resulting continuous source diagnostics are \[ \langle r_\pi^2\rangle_{\rm cont}^{26.01} = 0.423121001647522\,{\rm fm}^2, \] and \[ a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rm cont,26.01} = 341.695899284104\times10^{-10}. \] These are source diagnostics, not laboratory normalization fits. The constructor does not import CMD-3, BESIII, KLOE, BaBar, lattice, \(\tau\), or measured pion-radius normalizations.
