Final Report: NOAA Ocean Exploration NOFO NA23OAR0110593-T1-01, Collaborating with NOAA to Advance Marine Environmental DNA Science
Overall objectives are to advance marine environmental DNA (eDNA) technology for monitoring ocean life and its acceptance for practice. Major goals are 1) to benchmark eDNA against traditional survey technologies for marine fish in a shallow water environment, 2) to develop visualization tools for analyzing fish communities as an aid to ecosystem management, 3) to promote acceptance and transfer of eDNA technology into policy and practice.
