The Hidden Individual Dialogue The Silent Collective Convergence
There is a common perception that equates the use of language models with the outsourcing of creative activities, laziness, and the depletion of cognitive skills. It even regards them as laying the ground for deeper human isolation and loneliness. A proposition that, if stated in this way, might well seem correct. But what if, instead of the word "use" of a model, we were to employ the word "dialogue" with it?This seemingly small difference has provided the ground for this article to examine the capacities of human–machine dialogue from philosophical, psychological, and sociological dimensions.
