Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 24.01Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.org This release sharpens the Quantum Traction Theory treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization by adding a typed global pion source-completion complex. The central rule is structural: \[ \text{cuts exponentiate; atoms interfere; outer source words multiply.} \] The completed source grammar is written as \[ F_{\pi}^{{\rm src},{\rm QTT}}(s) = P_{\rm Art}^{\rm QTT}(s)\, {\cal T}_{\rm tail}^{\rm QTT}(s) \left[ \Omega_J[\delta_{\rm cont}^{\rm QTT}](s) + {\cal A}_{\rm atom}^{\rm QTT}(s) \right]. \] The continuum phase is completed by broad cuts, \[ \delta_{\rm cont}^{\rm QTT} = \delta_{\rho}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{4\pi}^{\rm Art} + \delta_{\omega\pi}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{K\bar K}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{\rm tail}^{\rm QTT}, \] while narrow source atoms enter as coherent additive camera amplitudes, \[ {\cal A}_{\rm atom}^{\rm QTT}(s) = {1\over 32\rho}\widehat B_{\omega}^{J}(s) - {\sqrt2\over1024\rho}\, {\cal O}_{K\bar K}(s)\widehat B_{\phi}^{J}(s) + \sum_{r\in{\mathfrak R}_{\rm excited}} \vartheta_{\rho r}^{\rm QTT}\widehat B_r^J(s). \] Version 24.01 closes a narrow but important source-side result: the minimal \(4\pi\to\pi\pi\) \(J\)-Omnès amplitude image. The threshold and flap are \[ s_{4\pi}=16(M_{\pi}^{\rm core,QTT})^2 = 0.2917158661314536\ {\rm GeV}^2, \qquad b_{4\pi}(s)=\left(1-{s_{4\pi}\over s}\right)^{7/2}, \] \[ {\cal O}_{4\pi}(s)=4b_{4\pi}(s)\bigl(1-b_{4\pi}(s)\bigr), \qquad \delta_{4\pi}^{\rm Art}(s) = \pi\,{3\over128}\,{\cal O}_{4\pi}(s). \] The executable minimal \(4\pi\) completion gives \[ a_{\mu,2\pi}^{\rho+4\pi,{\rm QTT}} = 328.379853922983\times10^{-10}, \] with \[ \Delta a_{\mu}^{4\pi} = 20.905618373631\times10^{-10}, \qquad \Delta A_{4\pi}^{\rm eq} = 3.34367167836\%. \] The result is deliberately not overclaimed. It is a source-side typed-completion theorem, not yet the full scalar \(2\pi\) adjudication. The global physical \(F_\pi\) payload remains yellow until the nontrivial \(P_{\rm Art}^{\rm QTT}\), tail word, and source covariance are derived. Version 24.01 also blocks an unsafe shortcut. The empirical pion charge radius is not allowed to set the source polynomial: \[ \langle r_\pi^2\rangle_{\rm lab} \notin {\rm Dom}_{\rm ctor}(P_{\rm Art}^{\rm QTT}). \] A charge-radius branch may be kept as an audit comparator, but it is not a green QTT source theorem unless QTT first derives the charge-radius rail upstream. Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 24.01Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.org This release sharpens the Quantum Traction Theory treatment of hadronic vacuum polarization by adding a typed global pion source-completion complex. The central rule is structural: \[ \text{cuts exponentiate; atoms interfere; outer source words multiply.} \] The completed source grammar is written as \[ F_{\pi}^{{\rm src},{\rm QTT}}(s) = P_{\rm Art}^{\rm QTT}(s)\, {\cal T}_{\rm tail}^{\rm QTT}(s) \left[ \Omega_J[\delta_{\rm cont}^{\rm QTT}](s) + {\cal A}_{\rm atom}^{\rm QTT}(s) \right]. \] The continuum phase is completed by broad cuts, \[ \delta_{\rm cont}^{\rm QTT} = \delta_{\rho}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{4\pi}^{\rm Art} + \delta_{\omega\pi}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{K\bar K}^{\rm QTT} + \delta_{\rm tail}^{\rm QTT}, \] while narrow source atoms enter as coherent additive camera amplitudes, \[ {\cal A}_{\rm atom}^{\rm QTT}(s) = {1\over 32\rho}\widehat B_{\omega}^{J}(s) - {\sqrt2\over1024\rho}\, {\cal O}_{K\bar K}(s)\widehat B_{\phi}^{J}(s) + \sum_{r\in{\mathfrak R}_{\rm excited}} \vartheta_{\rho r}^{\rm QTT}\widehat B_r^J(s). \] Version 24.01 closes a narrow but important source-side result: the minimal \(4\pi\to\pi\pi\) \(J\)-Omnès amplitude image.
