The Grand Meson
This paper states a precise operational thesis: the Grand Meson is theupdate procedure that tests how far the meson concept can be stretched afterthe six quark flavors are known, while still recovering the older mesonicface without discontinuity. The starting point is the General Meson: atwo-face Yukawa-style mediator read, in modern quark language, through thelight pair \(\qu\leftrightarrow\qd\). The Grand Meson opens the tworemaining readable quark-pair axes and thereby becomes a three-axis,six-face skeleton whose physical completion is the \(36\) oriented\(q\bar r\)-channel mesonic body. The extension is conservative: theoriginal two-face meson is recovered by projection, while the new faces andbody channels are resolved as open, inactive, or active instead of beingleft outside the channel basis. More precisely, the General Meson is thesubstructure of the Grand Meson in which every non-UD face and every non-UDbody channel is buried as a closed inactive residual package. The observedthree quark generations are represented as internal Grand Meson directions.Backward compatibility is surjective, but downgrading with unclosed residueis blocked as a Grand Meson contradiction. In this paper,``generalization'' means conservative channel-completion with exactrecovery, not replacement of QCD; ``admissible'' means closed under thestated mesonic channels; and ``fission'' means a contradictory downgradepattern of residual channels, not nuclear fission. The central claim istherefore strong but bounded: for the present six-flavor quark sector, theGrand Meson is an update manual and a continuity test for mesonic elasticityand robustness.
