Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework Version: 19.02Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034Author: Ali AttarWebsite: quantumtraction.org Version 19.02 keeps the V19.01 BESIII source-direction execution and adds a constraint-only negative-control audit. V19.01 showed that the public BESIII statistical row strongly reads the nonconstant QTT source-shaped direction. V19.02 asks the narrower and more cautious question: if the same BESIII row is reduced to the half-log pion form-factor readout and smooth curvature is absorbed, does the frozen source already become a complete exclusive laboratory fit? The answer is no. The local source packet carried into this release remains \[ Q_{\rho/2\pi}^{B,16}=1,\qquad Q_{\omega}^{B,17}=1,\qquad Q_{4\pi}^{B,18.02}=1,\qquad Q_{\rm local\ physical}^{B,18.02}=1. \] The V19.01 source-direction row used \[ Y_i^R=\log(s_i\sigma_i^{\rm bare}),\qquad \Sigma_{ij}^R=\frac{\Sigma_{ij}^{\rm stat}}{\sigma_i\sigma_j}, \] and read the frozen local source direction through \[ \Pi_U^\perp y^R =a_{\rm row}\Pi_U^\perp\log R_{\rm loc}^{\rm QTT} {\rm residual}. \] The verified V19.01 statistical source-direction result is \[ a_{\rm row}=1.0965124926\pm0.0085271308,\qquad Z_{\rm shape}=128.59\sigma,\qquad \cos_{\Sigma^{-1}}=0.9932784976. \] V19.02 then applies the half-log pion form-factor negative control \[ Y_i^{F_\pi} = \frac12\left[ \log\sigma_i^{\rm bare}+\log s_i-3\log\beta_\pi(s_i) \right]. \] For \(U_2=(1,u,u^2)\), the verified residuals are \[ \chi^2_{\rho}=49.4907933680,\qquad \chi^2_{\rho+\omega}=49.9138192158,\qquad \chi^2_{\rho+\omega+4\pi}=52.7478577921,\qquad {\rm df}=56. \] For \(U_3=(1,u,u^2,u^3)\), the verified residuals are \[ \chi^2_{\rho}=49.4904668545,\qquad \chi^2_{\rho+\omega}=49.9137690267,\qquad \chi^2_{\rho+\omega+4\pi}=50.7321137741,\qquad {\rm df}=55. \] Thus the row sees the source direction, but this single public statistical row remains constraint-only for the full exclusive laboratory \(e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-\) verdict. The component increments in the same readout are \[ \Delta\chi^2_{\omega-\rho}(U_2)=0.4230258478,\qquad \Delta\chi^2_{4\pi-(\rho+\omega)}(U_2)=2.8340385763, \] \[ \Delta\chi^2_{\omega-\rho}(U_3)=0.4233021722,\qquad \Delta\chi^2_{4\pi-(\rho+\omega)}(U_3)=0.8183447474. \] These are not source failures. They say that, after declared smooth row directions are removed, the first BESIII statistical row mostly constrains the packet rather than deciding the whole packet. Those remain access-map and reference-packet tasks. The V19.02 constraint-audit certificate root is \[ H_{\rm BESIII}^{19.02,{\rm constraint}} = {\tt 6af87de0bb578298f3afcb0c47c56069535748b77732291e6e10bfdd5241ad69}. \] Related QTT anchors: Main book: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 QTT website: quantumtraction.org Observatory: quantumtraction.org/observatory/ Derivation Atlas: quantumtraction.org/derivation-atlas/ Lexicon: quantumtraction.org/lexicon/ Included files: PDF paper, Version 19.02 LaTeX source V19 BESIII source-direction execution script V19.02 BESIII constraint-only audit script Frozen V19 BESIII source-shape packet V19.02 constraint-audit JSON, CSV, and manifest Zenodo HTML description SHA-256 checksums and release package ZIP
