Platelet and WBC Indices as a Diagnostic Marker in Dengue
A cross-sectional study of 73 dengue-positive patients assessing the diagnostic utility of platelet and WBC indices. The results highlight thrombocytopenia as a common and clinically significant finding, supporting the use of platelet count as a simple and cost-effective marker for dengue monitoring and severity assessment.
