ЕКОЛОГІЯ ТА ЇЇ РОЛЬ У СТАЛОМУ РОЗВИТКУ

The paper discusses the role of ecology in achieving sustainable development. The authors link the global environmental crisis with the model of economic growth and consumption that depletes natural capital, reduces biodiversity, pollutes air, water and soils, and destroys ecosystems. The study emphasizes that humanity should reconsider its development trajectory, move away from the principle of “growth at any cost”, and adopt balanced resource use.
