Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis, model significance was tested with ANOVA, and multicollinearity was evaluated through VIF values. Reverse-coded items in the dataset were corrected, and analyses were performed using a free statistical software. The findings indicated that the perception of employment security played a significant role in determining financial management behaviors. Employment security had a positive and significant effect on cash and credit management, while it showed a negative and significant effect on savings/investment and insurance management. Perceived compensation showed a positive and significant relationship with insurance management behavior. The effects of other variables were not found to be statistically significant.
