АМАЗОНІЯ: ВИПАДОК ЛІСОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ЯК ПРИКЛАД ВИКЛИКІВ У МІЖНАРОДНІЙ ЕКОЛОГІЧНІЙ ПОЛІТИЦІ

The article analyzes challenges of international environmental politics using forest politics and the Amazon region as an example. The author explains that environmental issues were long outside the core agenda of international relations, although their consequences cross state borders. Particular attention is paid to the 2019 Amazon fires, economic activity in the region, state interests, international agreements, and difficulties of collective action in environmental protection.
