АНАЛІЗ ЗДАТНОСТІ ВОДЯНОЇ ПАПОРОТІ SALVINIA NATANS (L.) ALL. ТА РЯСКИ LEMNA MINOR L. ДО ЗНИЖЕННЯ ХРОМУ (VI)

The paper investigates the ability of the aquatic fern Salvinia natans and duckweed Lemna minor to reduce chromium(VI) content in water. The relevance is determined by the toxicity of chromium compounds and their release into the environment with industrial effluents. The potential of aquatic plants as phytoremediators capable of removing or decreasing hazardous pollutants in aquatic ecosystems is evaluated.
