Tidal Dwarf Galaxy dynamics without dark matter

This note presents a simple consistency check of the Coherent Rotational Augmented Gravity (CRAG) framework applied to tidal dwarf galaxies (TDGs). Tidal dwarf galaxies are not expected to contain a primordial dark matter halo, yet they exhibit non-Newtonian dynamical behavior. Using representative system parameters, the observed acceleration is compared to the Newtonian baryonic prediction and evaluated within the CRAG formulation. The results indicate that the required non-Newtonian acceleration is compatible with the CRAG framework using the same parameter regime as spiral galaxies, without invoking a dark matter component or system-specific tuning. Variations between individual TDGs are interpreted in terms of differences in dynamical coherence, represented by the factor X_eff, rather than differences in unseen mass content. A comparison with MOND is included to highlight the similar magnitude of the effect, while emphasizing the different underlying physical interpretation. This work is intended as a consistency check and a first step toward testing structure-dependent gravitational models against TDG observations.
