Ephemeralization as Institutional Design: Fuller's Principle and the DOI Knowledge Endowment as a Near-Zero-Friction Civilization Infrastructure (v2)
Revised v2: Corrected the claim that D=0 for DOI infrastructure. IDF and Zenodo have non-zero fixed operating costs. Precise reformulation: D_marginal=0 (zero cost per additional reader/citation), while D_fixed is constant and non-zero. V_DOI(t) = N(t)/D_fixed increases without bound as N grows — the ephemeralization condition. Distinction between D_marginal and D_fixed now explicit throughout.
