R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) XXIII: Cosmological Information Flow — Emergent Cosmology from Hierarchical Information Dynamics

Volume XXIII extends the R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) to cosmological scales by showing that the expansion, structure formation, curvature, dark matter, dark energy, and the arrow of cosmological time arise from global patterns of information flow within the hierarchical tension-field. Building on the static informational continuum of Volume XXI and the dynamical foundations of Volume XXII, this volume demonstrates that cosmology is the macroscopic expression of the same informational principles that govern microscopic and classical dynamics. The central results include: Cosmological information flow: The universe is modeled as a global informational continuum whose large-scale currents determine expansion, curvature, and structure formation. Expansion as information dilution: Cosmic expansion corresponds to the large-scale dilution of information density across the tension-field, with accelerated expansion arising from global informational tension. Structure formation as informational self-organization: Clusters, filaments, and voids emerge from the self-organization of informational currents seeded by early density variations. Dark matter as non-visible informational modes: Dark matter reflects informational currents that are not accessible at the classical observational layer but influence global flow and structure formation. Dark energy as global tension: Accelerated expansion arises from large-scale informational gradients that redistribute information across the hierarchy. Cosmological geometry as informational curvature: Curvature reflects global informational gradients, with near-flatness and CMB fluctuations emerging from early homogenization. Unified cosmological dynamics: Expansion, structure formation, dark matter, dark energy, curvature, and the arrow of time are unified as manifestations of a single informational continuum. Volume XXIII provides a unified informational foundation for cosmology and prepares the ground for subsequent volumes on gravitational–quantum synthesis.
