Multiscale Computational Reconstruction of a Rock-Cut Macroscopic Measuring–Generating Complex: A Shielded Focus-Gradient Resonator–Metrological System

This paper formalizes a multiscale computationalmultiphysics framework for a polished rock-cut structure excavated in a granite monolith. The accepted axiomatic dataset defines a longitudinal chamber, a principal arched chamber, auxiliary volumes, inclined nonorthogonal walls, trapezoidal impedance transitions, a local diffraction element of 369 mm, a precision planar floor, and an electromagnetic shielding boundary. The object is classified as a stationary macroscopic measuring–generating complex: a shielded focus-gradient resonator–metrological system. The model couples bulk acoustics, mesh-resolved thermoviscous acoustics, anisotropic Biot–Darcy poroelasticity, fractional viscoelastic dissipation, passive seismic and microbarometric excitation, generalized tensor effective-medium electrodynamics, exact isochoric shape optimization, surrogate uncertainty quantification, and extreme-value quantogram inference. The principal shell is reconstructed as a continuous hypercosine–elliptic boundary with nominal semiaxes of approximately 2.98 m and 2.06 m, focal distance of approximately 2.17 m, and hypercosine curvature parameter of approximately 2.45 m. Transition zones are resolved by anisotropic prismatic boundary-layer meshes or, after calibration, by asymptotic narrow-channel thermoviscous impedances. A 518 mm module is treated as a candidate physical– geometric operator and technological singularity subject to global significance testing using cosine quantograms, Monte-Carlo null models, Ferro–Segers extremal-index correction, and generalized extreme-value thresholds. The framework provides a reproducible computational path from axiomatic geometry to modal fields, quality factors, passive pumping spectra, thermoviscous and poroelastic losses, shielding effectiveness, shape-optimality metrics, and controlled metrological inference.
