Theory of Energy Transport Across Coupled Quantum–Electromagnetic–Geophysical Scales
The TESLA Unified Renormalization Action Framework formulates a complete theoreti- cal description of energy transport processes occurring across three strongly coupled physical regimes: quantum condensed matter systems, macroscopic electromagnetic fields, and geo- physical response of the Earth under time-dependent external forcing. The central hypothesis of the framework is that all observable energy transport phenom- ena induced by geomagnetic perturbations (including Coronal Mass Ejections and associated magnetospheric coupling) can be derived from a single underlying action functional: STESLA[Ψ,Aµ,ZE ,gµν ] where Ψ describes the quantum condensate order parameter in flat-band or strongly cor- related regimes, Aµ is the electromagnetic gauge field, ZE (ω,r) is the frequency-dependent Earth impedance tensor, and gµν (k) encodes the quantum geometric structure of Bloch states. The framework extends standard equilibrium field theory by introducing a non-equilibrium renormalization group flow that couples microscopic quantum response functions (Kubo for- malism), mesoscopic electromagnetic propagation (Maxwell theory in media), and macro- scopic geophysical induction effects. Energy transfer is therefore interpreted not as a local dissipative process, but as a scale-coupled spectral redistribution governed by a unified re- sponse kernel Πµν TESLA. Within this formulation, superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) systems emerge as macroscopic boundary conditions selecting coherent low-dissipation eigenmodes of the coupled quantum–electromagnetic–geophysical system. The theory predicts the existence of renormalization fixed points where impedance matching between Earth and quantum mate- rial response is optimized, maximizing reactive energy transfer efficiency under space-weather forcing. This document establishes the foundational axioms, variational structure, and physical interpretation of the TESLA framework as a closed multi-scale field theory.
