RelayCore V3: Technical Manifest for Multi-Model State Synchronization and Portable Cognitive Capsules
### AbstractRelayCore V3 is a decentralized orchestration protocol designed to solve the cognitive fragmentation and episodic short-term memory limitations inherent to contemporary Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures. By separating the cognitive compute engine from the persistence layer, RelayCore V3 establishes a continuous, multi-hop operational environment. This architecture allows an active intellectual state, system parameters, and strategic goals to transition seamlessly across disparate, heterogeneous AI systems without loss of intentionality or structural degradation. ### Core System Mechanics1. **Portable Cognitive Capsules (State Snapshots):** Structured JSON state payloads tracking temporal markers, network telemetry, and active system configurations.2. **Structural Hash Fidelity Validation:** Autonomous local checksum routines validating schema properties at every relay node hop.3. **Semantic Drift Tracking:** Token validation and semantic boundary gates executing in sandbox containers to defend distributed multi-agent systems against contextual degradation.
