Genome sequence of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriophage Shea
ABSTRACT Bacteriophage Shea, which infects the opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa , likely has a non-canonical pseudolysogenic lifestyle. Here, we present its complete 43,333 bp genome sequence. This announcement will contribute to investigations of this underappreciated phage lifestyle.
