The 2023 Magnet® Application Manual requirements include a source of evidence that expects organizations to describe an "action plan for registered nurses' progress toward obtaining a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing." This Perspective aims to dispel ongoing misunderstandings surrounding this requirement.
