Shoulder elevation to improve sheath–lead coaxial alignment during transvenous lead extraction: a case report

Summary Shoulder elevation improved sheath–lead coaxiality and facilitated successful sheath advancement after failure of conventional techniques. This simple and cost-neutral maneuver may serve as a useful bailout strategy in challenging transvenous lead extraction procedures.
