ASTO-min: Five-Field Minimum Structural Coding Interface

ASTO-min is the minimum structural coding interface of the Attribute-Set Transition Ontology (ASTO). It defines five required fields — state, transition, actor, boundary_condition, and exception — and an optional result field (encoded / reject / defer / escalate). This package includes a JSON Schema, YAML template, SHACL shape, and four representative examples. ASTO-min does not output responsibility decisions, engineering gates, clinical judgments, legal conclusions, governance authorization, or proof of strong ASTO/DM claims. It is a v0.1 working artifact for internal consistency checks and pilot coding.
