UG.NUG Formalism
This document presents the formal structure of the UG.NUG reading of the universe and is meant to be read together with the conceptual introduction (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20644065). The conceptual text introduces the distinction between the fundamental non‑geometric regime (UG) and the emergent geometric regime (NUG), and provides the philosophical background of the approach. The present document contains only the formal core: the definition of a natural standard, the measurable effect exerted upon it, and the limits of what can be expressed without circularity, convention, or geometric assumptions. It does not attempt to describe the universe, but instead identifies the minimal structure that remains once all anthropogenic quantities—mass, time, geometry, force, energy—are removed. This reduced formalism is the distilled counterpart of the conceptual exposition. It provides the minimal operational framework required to interpret observable phenomena without invoking quantities that do not exist beyond the surface of the Earth.
