Biological Stability Geometry (BSG) A Geometric Theory of Aging, Regeneration, and Longevity

Abstract Biological Stability Geometry (BSG) is a systems-theoretic framework that models aging, regeneration, and organismal persistence as stability-geometric processes in a high-dimensional state space. Rather than interpreting aging solely as the accumulation of molecular damage, the framework describes biological systems as adaptive structures evolving within a viability corridor constrained by stability boundaries. Core concepts include Structural Debt, Structural Tension, Stability Reservoirs, and Collapse Boundaries. The framework integrates ideas from systems theory, nonlinear dynamics, control theory, and aging biology into a unified geometric description of biological persistence and failure. The present document develops the mathematical foundations, conceptual architecture, theoretical predictions, and falsifiability criteria of the framework.
