The Electron Mass from Trefoil Substrate Topology: m_e = (3 alpha^2 / 8 pi) M_W at DERIVED-WITH-MARGIN tier (DTTT BATCH-3.7 ELECTRON-MASS)

BATCH-3.7 ELECTRON-MASS. This paper derives the electron mass me from the trefoil T(2,3) topology of an H-valued Cosserat microrotation substrate, with the W-boson mass MW as the sole dimensional input of the DTTT (Discrete Topological Torsion Theory) program. The headline closed form is me=(3α2/8π)MW≈0.51099895 MeV, in agreement with the CODATA value 0.51099895069(16) MeV to eight significant figures up to a load-bearing 270 ppm MW-sensitive residual. The shape factor 3/(8π) is derived (topology-exact, k-independent, 50-digit symbolic verification) via Beasley–Witten localisation of the unknot Wilson expectation ⟨Wunknot⟩=(q/p)/(4π) on the orbifold solid torus D2(p,q)×S1, evaluated at the trefoil (p,q)=(2,3). Tier-discipline: DERIVED-WITH-MARGIN per D-013 (NOT auto-promotable). The 270 ppm discrepancy matches the bare MW/MZ tree-level margin and is explicitly preserved as a load-bearing falsifier (M-COSSERAT-NONLINEAR / electron-mass margin) rather than absorbed by a fitted parameter. See Predictions and Falsifiers P3 for the binary closure commitment. Dependencies: Part of the DTTT research program. Full corpus catalogue and predictions register at the Predictions Catalog. Authoring methodology and epistemological discipline documented in the V5 Methodology volume. Depends on BATCH-1 (FOUNDATIONS, AXIOMS, MANIFESTO) and BATCH-2 (ALPHA, SM-TALLY, HIGGS-MASS) upstream foundations.
