CDN-267: The External Field — EFE and Anisotropy in the Modified Jeans Equation for Dwarf Spheroidals
Extends CDN-266's modified Jeans solver with the Milky Way external field effect (QUMOND prescription) and velocity anisotropy for 22 dSphs. The EFE is catastrophically destructive: isolated Jeans recovers 4/22 within 20%, but adding EFE drops to 0/22. The MW's external field (g_ext ~ 0.05-0.57 a0) suppresses the deep-MOND internal boost by factors of 2-9x, collapsing Fornax from r=1.09 to 0.55 and nearby ultrafaints to r<0.05. Velocity anisotropy (beta from -0.5 to +0.5) changes predictions by only 1-2% — negligible for Plummer profiles. Joint EFE+anisotropy optimization also yields 0/22 with all systems railing at maximum tangential anisotropy. The QUMOND EFE prescription is too aggressive for dSphs. Three paths forward: (1) dark matter halos coexist with GCFT at dSph scale, (2) AQUAL field-equation EFE is weaker than the algebraic QUMOND form, (3) GCFT coherence coupling responds to internal acceleration gradients rather than total field. Pre-registers CDN-268 for NFW halo fitting.
