CSP-1.0: A Cascaded Storage Protocol for Consumer WiFi Intelligence Applications — A Convergent Five-Stage Framework Proposal
We propose the Cascaded Storage Protocol (CSP-1.0), a five-stage architecture for the physical and digital storage of WiFi session intelligence content at consumer scale. The protocol synthesizes compressed sensing mathematics, surface acoustic wave delay line engineering, electromagnetically induced transparency metamaterial storage, Rydberg atomic ensemble microwave transduction, and NASA's Delay-Tolerant Networking Bundle Protocol v7. Our central contribution is the CSP Bandwidth Argument showing that sequential application of compressed sensing and Shannon compression can reduce effective WiFi storage bandwidth from 83 MHz to below the 2.1 MHz demonstrated storage bandwidth of an ambient-temperature Rydberg atomic ensemble. This paper presents a theoretical framework proposal with explicit falsifiability conditions. We submit it to establish priority and invite experimental response.
